Soul Song

“Breath. Life. In certain cultures when a woman knows she is pregnant, she goes out into the wilderness with a few friends and together they stay until they hear the song of the unborn child. They recognize that every soul has its own vibration - it’s own purpose. When each of the women can hear the song, they sing it together, return to the tribe, and teach it to everyone.”

This legend is the impetus for the performance of "Soul Song", a wonderful show that I am a cast member of! The show features original writing, choreography & music by the artists performing.

This event has truly been a blessing for me. Imagine getting together with your girlfriends once a week & discussing the trials & tribulations of being single, married, with kids, without kids, being a woman, work, sacrifice & joy. This show is the vision of the amazing artistic duo of Ellen Wilkes Irmisch & Colleen Aynn. I am pleased & privileged to be part of such a wonderful show!

This show promises that you will laugh, cry & assist you in saying "been there, felt that" & promises to deliver a night that you'll never forget! A portion of our proceeds are being donated to Danielle's Place, a support center for anyone who is dealing with or has dealt with an eating disorder.

I am also pleased to announce that our first show has SOLD OUT so we are now selling tickets for our second show on Saturday March 6th. There are only 50 tickets left for that night so if anyone who reads this is interested, please let me know ASAP.

P.S. It will be back to "full time" blogging after the show is finished so only a week or two to go before I'm baaaaaack!!! Hahahaha!
